Our full-service food and beverage catering team hosts a variety of events, from casual backyard barbecues to sophisticated sit-down dinners of all sizes. Everything is prepared 100% in-house and cooked on-site. We use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible to give all guests our same Brasitas high-quality and authentic experience.  We are also happy to serve all couples in Connecticut, Westchester County, and the surrounding New York and New Jersey area. We offer various catering services for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties. Our experienced team guides couples throughout the entire planning process, starting with custom menu design, a complimentary in-house tasting session, a site visit walk-through, rental coordination, and day-of setup and cleanup. We ensure that every detail is reviewed beforehand and impeccably executed so you and your family can celebrate the day to the fullest.

Celebrating 25 years of Nuevo Latino Cuisine in Stamford and Norwalk, CT, Brasitas is a vibrant and lively restaurant serving an artistic fusion of Latin dishes and fresh cocktails. Nubia and Jaime Guerrero, a New York International Culinary Center Graduate, established Brasitas Restaurant in 1998. Brasitas is a representation of our family's life experiences. Originating from our home country of Colombia and all of the South, Central, and Caribbean cultures that have greatly influenced us along the way to the United States. We showcase a nuevo latino fusion cuisine coupled with our authentic latin american traditions and values. We invite you to come enjoy a memorable dining experience with us and see why we are voted among the top Latin American restaurants in Connecticut every year.

Our private dining rooms allow guests to enjoy the Brasitas experience in a more intimate setting. Our rooms can accommodate up to 25 seated guests. We offer a prefix food menu with additional bar packages for private parties to ensure a seamless dining experience. For larger sized parties up to 50 guests, we also offer buyouts of our main dining room, bar, and outdoor patio areas. We look forward to hosting you!
