Our Story

Celebrating 25 years of Nuevo Latino Cuisine in Stamford and Norwalk, CT, Brasitas is a vibrant and lively restaurant serving an artistic fusion of Latin dishes and fresh cocktails. Nubia and Jaime Guerrero, a New York International Culinary Center Graduate, established Brasitas Restaurant in 1998. Brasitas is a representation of our family's life experiences. Originating from our home country of Colombia and all of the South, Central, and Caribbean cultures that have greatly influenced us along the way to the United States. We showcase a nuevo latino fusion cuisine coupled with our authentic latin american traditions and values.
